Machoos: This rice dish is seasoned with whole spices and includes meat, chicken or fish.
Saloona: Saloona is an Emirati stew. It consists of vegetables as well as meat, chicken or fish. It is usually served with white rice.

Dubai Food Festival
There are over 200 different nationalities living in Dubai which is reflected across the cuisine in the city. The Dubai Food Festival highlights the various cuisines in a citywide festival offering food-related events and promotions.
